This past week I was surrounded by entrepreneurs eager to learn about systems, creating leveraged income and setting up for the next level of success. Attending events with like-minded people is invigorating. Plus, it is good for business. You don’t have to be on stage speaking in order to be making sales at events.

A book was sent to each participant prior to the event. One of the topics struck a chord, the concept of tithing and spiritual food. Lisa Sasevich, the event host, elaborated on the concept. Spiritual food is receiving inspiration. As she began to tithe to people who fed her spiritual food, she noticed something changed. She began seeking spiritual food, consciously looking for inspiration.

Her reframe of spiritual food and tithing deeply resonated with me. Consider how things would be different by consciously seeking opportunities for inspiration. The focus on positive instead of negative messages each and every day would be significant. Seeking daily inspiration is rich.

As this month comes to a close I am approaching my birthday. This year’s cycle around the sun has embraced many new and wonderful changes. As I expanded my reach, the number of people who have touched my life has been exponential. There is so much to celebrate.

I have been inspired to make some bold changes.  My purpose is leading me in a new direction.  The time has come for a significant transition. As of next week, I will be fully engaged with Inner Game for Winning Athletes.

If you have been doing things one way for a long time, not getting the results you expect considering the amount of time and effort you are putting into your business, then you are focusing on the wrong things to grow your business. I always look forward to the Business Breakthrough Mastermind Meetings with my clients. We always set the tone by sharing BIG wins, celebrations and successes. It serves several purposes.

Think about it, how often do you get to openly brag to others about your accomplishments, whether it is landing a couple of new clients, signing a big contract or going away for six weeks to write a book. Well it is not really bragging, but sharing. If you told your neighbor about how much extra money you made this month, she would think you were a show-off. In a mastermind group, it is important to share the wins. You get to celebrate without having to downplay your success. Your fellow group members hear what you did and begin to realize, “well if she did it, then I could do that too.” Or someone might become aware of an obstacle keeping her from taking a similar step. Either way, it is because of sharing your success that the other mastermind member’s awareness of what is possible expands.

The mastermind is a safe place where you can let your guard down and talk about what is really going on in your business. Yes, it is even okay to discuss numbers. Each member is there to support you, multiplying the joys as well as dividing the sorrows. They want to see you do well because it reflects back to them what they are capable of accomplishing.

Whether it is a mastermind of two, just you and an associate, or one offered by a coach, I encourage you to find a group of like-minded individuals where you are able to freely talk about your business. Having accountability with a high-level working mastermind group is powerful. It will change the way you do business.

Have you noticed that some weeks are ordinary and other weeks are extraordinary? Well this past week was extraordinary. So much was packed into seven days.

Steve and I attended the Inner Game of Abundance Mindset Retreat with Fabienne Fredrickson. It was amazing. Not only did she share a lot of content, but I connected with so many people who are just like me. Entrepreneurs ready to play a BIGGER game than they imagined possible. This weekend was Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. Over the past week I have deeply reflected on this year, accomplishments, areas for improvement and making amends.
